Our Story
We started back in 2017 when we noticed many empty holiday homes on Phillip Island and wondered why not more owners were renting them out on Airbnb or other platforms to get some income.
Turned out most of the owners didn't live nearby, were fearful to rent out to different strangers every other weekend, or had a lack of cleaning capability.
That's when we decided to take away some of that fear, with the 1 Million Dollar Host Guarantee for damages and Public Liability through the booking platforms and have a management company that screens every guest before booking.
